Due to inclement weather, Irwin County Schools will be closed and all sporting events will be canceled on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. Staff and students will return on Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
Due to the coming inclement weather, the home varsity basketball games vs Pelham (1/9) and Coffee (1/13) have been rescheduled for (1/30) Pelham and (1/31) Coffee.

ICMS Soccer starts in January! We are looking forward to an exciting season!
The Ocilla Police Department, Irwin County Sheriff’s Office, and Irwin County Schools have been made aware of the Snapchat post about a threat of violence at our schools. Upon further investigation and consulting with the District Attorney’s Office this threat does not appear credible. The FBI has investigated several similar threats involving schools recently. The police department and sheriff’s office will have additional personnel at the schools tomorrow as the safety of the students and staff is of utmost importance to us.
ICHS Band Director, Michael Staub and the ICHS/ICMS Concert Bands would love to welcome the Irwin County Community to attend their fall band concert on November 2, 2023, at 6:30 PM in the McFarland Theatre. The concert will feature the 7th and 8th grade ICMS Concert Band and The ICHS Concert Band.

Remember to get signed up for the Irwin Summer Baseball Camp! It will be June 26, 27, and 28! The camp is for ages 5-13 year olds. Campers will get lots of baseball instruction while also having a lot of fun! All campers will receive a written evaluation. We will have sliding practice again on the slip-n-slide on the last day of camp & all campers will get a t-shirt!
