On Monday, Jadyn Tyson, Irwin County High School’s sole representative at the GHSA State Track Meet, competed in the discus throw and earned a 9th-place finish with a qualifying mark of 117 feet.
ICHS proudly recognizes Jadyn for his dedication, hard work, and for representing Irwin County with excellence on the state stage.
Prior to his departure, former Irwin County student-athlete RJ Clowers met with Jadyn to offer words of encouragement, share a moment of prayer, and provide a celebratory send-off—highlighting the strong sense of community and support surrounding Irwin County athletics.
