8th Grade Transition Meeting by Invitation Only

Dear Parent/Guardian,
You are cordially invited to attend an informational meeting designed specifically for families of current 8th-grade students who are receiving Tier 3 support as they prepare to transition into high school for the 2026–2027 school year.
This meeting will be led by Dr. Billingsley, the upcoming high school counselor, and will provide important information to help ensure a smooth and successful transition. Topics will include academic expectations, available supports, graduation pathways, and how families can stay actively involved in their child’s success.
This will be a small, comfortable, and supportive setting, allowing both students and parents the opportunity to:
Ask questions
Gain clarity about high school expectations
Build a relationship with Dr. Billingsley, who will be supporting your child
Your presence is highly encouraged, as this meeting is an important step in preparing your child for a confident and successful transition to high school.
