2019-20 Pre-K Registration Opens on March 5

Irwin County Pre-K Registration
for the 2019-20 School Year

Tuesday, March 5, 2019 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
and
Wednesday, March 6, 2019 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Irwin County BOE Conference Center
(across from the Board of Education Building)

Documents Needed:

1. Child’s Certified Birth Certificate
2. Immunization From #3231
3. Child’s Social Security Card
4. Medicaid/PEACH State/Insurance Card
5. Eye, Ear, Dental, Nutrition Form #3300 (Cannot get until 4 yr. old check-up)
6. Parent/Legal Guardian Photo ID (Proof of custody/legal guardianship if not birth parent)(7) 
   Current Proof of Irwin County Residency or Out of County if applicable

• Your child must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2019
• 88 Available Slots
• Children will be accepted on first-come basis
• Applications will be accepted from out of county BUT Irwin County students will have first priority
